  All prices are for 1 week, Saturday till Saturday and include all electric, bedding and towels

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (except Xmas & New Year).Lettings commence from 4.00pm-5.00pm on day of arrival and finish at 10.00am on day of departure.The above prices include Electricity, Heating by oil filled radiators throughout , Bed linen, Towels,Dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid, Washing powder and Toilet rolls. Please note :The property is suitable for two adults only, we cannot take children or babies. Sorry no pets are allowed and  smoking is not permited within the cottage.  Covered in areas if you do smoke
